WHAT HAPPENED?
The Italian team recently sacked Portuguese manager Mourinho and are in the market for a permanent replacement, having appointed Daniele De Rossi as coach until the end of the season. The capital club have made Liverpool boss Klopp their top target to take over, according to .

Klopp announced on Friday that he will step down as Liverpool coach at the end of the season after almost nine years in charge at Anfield. It is not known where he will end up next but it appears that Roma believe they can lure him to Serie A.
